Our wire harness facility is equipped to handle
all your harness needs
The Cable/Harness
facility can meet customer requirements with complete wire, cable,
and harness assembly services, including wire cutting and stripping,
terminal crimping, and the assembly of complex connectors. Our experienced
and dedicated harness assemblers measure, cut, mark, and coil wires
and coaxial cable, then use harness lay-up boards to ensure the correct
harness configuration.
Our state-of-
the-art equipment provides the capability for high volume production
with exact quality and repeatability. Our test equipment verifies
continuity and tests for high potential shorts on complex harnesses,
cables, and chassis. Custom test fixtures are designed and used for
complex assemblies and products.
Our harnesses
are used by a number of OEM manufacturers and in particular in high
current applications.
